Nursing Home and Hospital Visits, Where Admitting Rights are Held by your GP

The doctors consulting from our practice are committed to assisting our elderly population to stay healthy.

Your GPs will continue to provide ongoing care if you are an existing patient of theirs (of at least the last 12 months) and you go into a nursing home.

Saturday: 9.00am – 12.30pm
