Dr Phelps is a local man and grew up in Jindera. In 2015 to 2016 he began his General Practice experience in Heyfield, Sale and Orbost as a medical student. In 2017 and 2018 he was a Junior Medical Officer at Albury Wodonga Health and started at the Doctors at Lavington in 2019.
Dr Phelps has special interests in aged care, palliative care and chronic disease management. He is currently studying a certificate in Primary Care Dermatology to improve his knowledge of dermatology. Outside of work he enjoys motorcycling, watching motorsports and occasionally playing video games.
