Dr Ayda Khandani is an experienced General Practitioner with more than 13 years of
clinical experience, including extensive experience in regional Australia. She has
worked in Western Australia in both general practice and an Aboriginal Health Centre,
gaining valuable experience in regional and culturally diverse healthcare settings and
developing a strong understanding of culturally sensitive, patient-centered care.
Prior to and alongside her career in general practice, Dr Khandani has extensive
experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, bringing a strong background in women’s
health to her GP practice. She has worked in Australia across Western Australia and
Wodonga, caring for patients across a broad range of clinical presentations and
healthcare needs.
Her clinical interests include women’s health, gynaecology and obstetrics, paediatrics,
chronic disease management, minor skin procedures, Implanon insertion and removal,
and IUD insertion and removal.
Dr Khandani is passionate about providing comprehensive, compassionate and
evidence-based care, with a particular focus on building trusting, long-term
relationships with her patients and supporting them through every stage of life.
