The Doctors at Lavington bulk bill for Medicare eligible patients for eligible Medicare item numbers.
The Doctors at Thurgoona is a mixed billing practice. Fees are payable on the day by cash or EFT, based on the fee structure displayed at reception. Unpaid accounts incur a $10 fee. Discounts may apply for valid Health Care or Pension Card holders.
Additional fees may apply at both practices for wound dressings, ECGs, private vaccinations, and other procedures. Please ask reception for details.
Bulk billing by your usual doctor does not guarantee the same billing by another doctor.
Cancellations with less than 2 hours’ notice may incur a $50 non-attendance fee.
Referral and request form reprints incur a $25 fee.

After-hours telephone consultations do not attract a Medicare rebate, so the fee is your out-of-pocket cost.

Our doctors are not obliged to provide prescriptions without an appointment. If your doctor decides a consultation is needed before a script or referral can be issued, we will contact you to arrange one.
