Palliative & Terminal Care In Conjunction With Local Home-Based & Hospital Health Services

Caring and support that makes a difference

Some of the GPs consulting from the practice provide palliative and terminal care to their patients. They will only provide this care for their existing patients of 6 months or more. Admitting rights to Mercy Health are required to allow this to occur. Home visits will only occur at your doctor’s discretion.
