Dr Phelps is a local man and grew up in Jindera. In 2015 to 2016 he began his training in Heyfield, Sale and Orbost as a medical student. In 2017 he was an intern in Benalla and then came back to Albury in 2019 to continue and complete his training. Dr Phelps has a special interest in aged care, palliative care and mental health. Outside of work he enjoys Motorsports, video and board games.
